The Fifth Hole At Kapalua is world famous by many golfers and newlyweds alike. The golfers meet the challenge of driving across the bay, and the newly-weds repeatedly stand on the green, overlooking the north coast of Maui, to exchange their vows. Adjacent to this golf course is the Plantation Course, where the world-renown Mercedes Tournament is held annually. This piece was originally painted as a commissioned work, in a 24" x 36" format, and hangs in a successful accountants office in Reno, where clients from varied places walk in and recognize the famous Kapalua Bay Course hole.
